Kingman Healthcare Center utilizes Paychex Flex Payroll system for all employee payroll and timekeeping. Every employee will register and utilize Paychex either on their desktop or phone. Access to Paychex will allow each employee to punch in & out and see all work hours per week or pay period. They will also see pay stubs, tax information, request vacation, sick and self-care time and update personal information such as address and phone numbers.

Paychex Flex is a 24/7 single-sign-on self-service portal where employees can access their Paychex payroll information atwww.paychexflex.com.

If you previously registered, you do not need to register again, but please be sure to log in to your account to verify access.

If you have forgotten your username, password, or pin, when you visit www.paychexflex.com select “Forgot Username or Password” on the login page, then follow the prompts and enter the email address that you registered your account with. You’ll receive an email with further instructions on resetting your credentials.

Online access allows employees to view, download, or print check stubs, W-2s. Update withholding information, address, email, and other personal information. See hours worked, request PTO and approve hours for payroll.
